Shipping Policy

At Arcade Classic, we ship arcade and pinball machines from Germany to customers across Europe.

We offer free shipping within Europe on the products and destinations covered by our shipping service. The available delivery destination and any product-specific shipping information will be shown during the ordering process.

Shipping Cost

Shipping within Europe is free.

All product prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) and include VAT.

There is no separate standard shipping charge added for eligible European deliveries.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed Monday to Friday.

Our standard handling time is approximately 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Some machines may require additional preparation before dispatch. If a product has a specific lead time, the information provided on the product page takes priority.

Delivery Time

For products that are ready for shipment, delivery is normally expected within approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch for most European destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Larger arcade and pinball machines may require special transportation arrangements. Where a product has a different estimated delivery time, this will be communicated with the relevant product or order.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the destination and type of machine, we may use carriers such as DHL, UPS, DPD or another suitable delivery service.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide shipping and tracking information where available so that you can follow the delivery.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your machine when it arrives.

If your order appears to have been damaged during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the machine, along with your order information.

We will review the issue and work with you on the appropriate next steps.
