At Arcade Classic, we are based in Germany and ship arcade and pinball machines to customers across Europe.

We offer free shipping to the European countries listed below.

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order and we will confirm whether delivery is available.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free for eligible orders within our European delivery area.

There is no standard shipping charge added to eligible deliveries.

Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on our product pages are in euros (€) and include VAT.

The product price shown on the website is the price displayed to the customer at the time of purchase.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our order cut-off time is:

4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Germany local time (Berlin).

Orders received after 4:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next applicable business day.

Order Processing & Handling

Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

The handling time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Some arcade and pinball machines may require additional preparation before they can be shipped. If a product has a different preparation or lead time, the information shown on the relevant product page will apply.

Delivery Time

For products that are ready for shipment, delivery is normally expected within approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch for most destinations.

This means the estimated time is:

1–2 business days for order processing and handling + approximately 5–7 business days for delivery after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the destination, carrier, holidays, weather, transportation conditions and other circumstances outside our control.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

For products with a specific preparation or delivery timeframe, the information provided on the product page or in communication with the customer will apply.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the destination, product and delivery requirements, we may use:

  • Other suitable delivery providers where necessary

The carrier may vary depending on the destination and the size or type of machine.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

You can use the tracking information provided to follow the progress of your shipment through the relevant carrier.

Delivery of Arcade & Pinball Machines

Arcade and pinball machines are large and heavy products and may require special transportation and handling.

Before ordering, customers should make sure that the delivery address is suitable for receiving a large machine and that there is sufficient access for delivery.

If you have questions about delivery access, stairs, doors, lifts or other requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address, telephone number and email address are correct when placing your order.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect the packaging and machine when your order arrives.

If your machine appears to have been damaged during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs of the packaging and the affected machine. This will help us assess the issue and, where necessary, work with the delivery provider.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will check the available shipment information and assist you with the next steps.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or transportation disruptions.
