We offer new, used and refurbished arcade and pinball machines.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and availability displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

For used and refurbished machines, photographs may not always represent the exact individual unit unless specifically stated. If you need confirmation that photographs show the exact machine being sold, please contact us before ordering.

Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur depending on the customer's screen or display.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on our product pages are in euros (€).

VAT is included in the prices displayed on our website.

The product price shown when you place an order is the applicable price, subject to obvious pricing or technical errors.

5. Shipping

We offer free shipping within Europe to the countries covered by our shipping service.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an order to purchase the selected product or products.

Our standard handling time is approximately 1–2 business days after payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

9. Used and Refurbished Machines

Some of our machines are used or refurbished.

Used machines are pre-owned and may show signs of previous use.

Refurbished machines are pre-owned machines that have undergone preparation, servicing or restoration work. The work performed may vary depending on the machine.

Customers should review the product information and photographs before purchasing.

Normal signs of use or characteristics that have been clearly described in the product listing do not by themselves constitute a defect.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

10. Warranty

Arcade Classic provides a 1-year warranty on eligible machines, subject to the specific warranty terms applicable to the product.

The warranty covers qualifying defects that arise during the applicable warranty period.

The warranty does not replace or restrict any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Warranty coverage may not apply to problems caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper installation or handling, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, or other circumstances excluded under the applicable warranty terms.

11. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Returns, refunds and cancellation requests are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.

13. Delivery

Arcade Classic ships large arcade and pinball machines using suitable delivery providers.

Depending on the product and destination, we may use DHL, UPS, DPD or another suitable carrier.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is suitable for receiving a large and heavy machine.
